CLIENT: RENEGADE MAGAZINE
Renegade Magazine works to drive complex conversations on race, social justice and popular culture forward and give campus communities around the nation a deeper understanding of these issues through student curated content. In addition to writing thought-provoking stories, the brand also uses different multimedia elements, including videos and social media campaigns, to bring its visions to light.
I was part of the founding staff in 2014 and served as editor-in-chief from 2015 to 2017.
In the spring of 2017, I also served as creative director for our seventh issue entitled "The Revolution Will Now Be Televised." I developed the concept of the issue, designed a few layouts in the publication, and created promotional materials for our social media pages. I continued to assist the publication in designing a few layouts for the magazine’s Fall 2017 issue.
